A clothing maker built for small and growing brands
Most clothing manufacturers are built around big buyers. Minimums of 300 or 500 pieces per color make sense for a retailer, but they sink a new label. Wear Supply Co. was set up the other way round: low minimums, sample-first development and direct communication with the people actually making your clothes.
We focus on the categories we do best rather than listing every product under the sun:
- Blanks — heavyweight hoodies, crewnecks, tees, sweatpants and shorts you can decorate yourself or have us finish. See blank apparel →
- Streetwear — boxy, oversized and cropped fits, garment dyes, acid and enzyme washes, puff prints and embroidery. See streetwear manufacturing →
- Activewear — training wear, tracksuits and teamwear.
- Denim — cut, wash and finish, from rigid to heavily distressed.
What "full-package" means at our factory
A lot of so-called factories are trading offices that farm work out. We control the process from yarn to finished garment, so fabric weight, shrinkage and color are decided by us, not a third party.
- Fabric — knitting and dyeing to your target GSM and shade.
- Pattern and sample — we grade your pattern and make a sample for you to approve.
- Cutting — fabric is cut to the approved pattern and size spec.
- Sewing — stitched by the same line that made your sample.
- Decoration — screen printing, DTF, sublimation and embroidery.
- Finishing — washing, labels, trims, hardware and pressing.
- QC and packing — measured against your spec, folded, bagged and boxed for export.

Quality control at every stage
Inspection only at the end catches problems too late. We check at each stage:
- Fabric — weight (GSM), width, shade and shrinkage before cutting.
- Cutting — panels measured against the approved pattern.
- Sewing — inline checks on stitch density, seam strength and alignment.
- Decoration — print registration, cure and embroidery density.
- Final — every order measured against your size spec, checked for defects, then folded and packed.
You get photos and video of your order before it ships, so there are no surprises when the boxes arrive.
