Barn jackets

What is a barn jacket?

A barn jacket is a hip-length work jacket, traditionally in cotton canvas or duck, with a corduroy collar, large patch pockets and often a blanket or quilted lining.

Can you make barn jackets with my branding?

Yes — custom labels, embroidery on chest or back, branded hardware and custom linings.

Can you wash or distress barn jackets?

Yes. Garment washing and distressing give canvas a broken-in, vintage look — tell us the effect you want and we'll test it on the sample.

What's the minimum order for custom barn jackets?

Our standard minimum is 10 pieces per style, per color. Outerwear fabrics and hardware may carry their own minimums, which we confirm in your quote.

Blank apparel

Do you sell blanks wholesale?

Yes. We sell blank hoodies, tees, crewnecks, sweatpants and shorts wholesale, factory-direct, starting at 10 pieces per style, per color.

Can I put my own label in your blanks?

Yes. We can sew in your woven or printed neck label, add care labels and hang tags, and pack in your branded bags — see our private label page.

Can you print on the blanks for me?

Yes. We offer screen printing, puff printing, DTF and embroidery in-house, so you can order decorated, finished product instead of plain blanks.

How do your blanks compare with the big US blank brands?

We focus on heavier fabrics and streetwear fits, and we can adjust weight, color and fit — something a catalog blank brand can't do for a small buyer.

Where can I see the range?

Download the Blanks Catalog from our homepage, or ask on WhatsApp for current colors and fabric weights.

Streetwear

What's the minimum order for a streetwear manufacturer?

Ours is 10 pieces per style, per color — low enough to test a new silhouette or colorway before you scale it.

Can you do acid wash, garment dye and distressing?

Yes. Garment dye, acid wash, enzyme wash, vintage fading and distressing are all done in-house.

Do you make full streetwear collections?

Yes — hoodies, tees, sweatpants, shorts, tracksuits, denim and outerwear, so a whole drop can come from one factory with consistent colors.

Can you help with design?

We help turn your design into a production-ready spec: fabric, measurements, construction and decoration. Graphic design itself should come from your team.

Hoodies

What GSM is a heavyweight hoodie?

Most brands treat 350 GSM and above as heavyweight, with premium streetwear hoodies commonly in the 400–500 GSM range. Our hoodie GSM guide explains how weight affects feel, drape and price.

What's the minimum order for custom hoodies?

10 pieces per style, per color.

Can you make zip hoodies and crewnecks too?

Yes — pullover hoodies, full-zip and half-zip hoodies, and crewneck sweatshirts, all in matching fabrics so you can build a full fleece collection.

Do you pre-shrink the fleece?

Fabric can be pre-shrunk and garment-washed to reduce shrinkage. Tell us your target and we'll test it at the sample stage.

T-shirts

What GSM is a heavyweight t-shirt?

Tees around 220 GSM and up are usually called heavyweight, and many streetwear brands now use 250–300 GSM or more for a thick, structured feel.

Can I order heavyweight tees blank?

Yes. Order blank tees from 10 pieces per color, or have us add printing, embroidery and your own labels.

Do you make oversized and cropped tees?

Yes — boxy, oversized, cropped and regular fits. We can also adjust body length, width and sleeve to your measurements.

Will heavyweight tees shrink?

All cotton can shrink. We control it with pre-shrunk fabric and garment washing, and we test shrinkage on your sample before bulk.

Fishing shirts

What fabric are custom fishing shirts made from?

Usually lightweight polyester performance knits that wick moisture and dry fast. Polyester is also the fabric that takes all-over sublimation printing.

Can fishing shirts be UPF rated?

Fabrics can be chosen for sun protection, but a UPF rating on a label must be backed by lab testing of the finished fabric. We can source fabric with test reports where you need to make that claim.

Can you print designs all over the shirt?

Yes — sublimation prints edge-to-edge, including sleeves and hoods, with no cracking or peeling because the ink becomes part of the fabric.

What's the minimum order?

10 pieces per design. That makes small runs for clubs, charters and tournament teams practical.

Clothing manufacturing

What is the minimum order for a clothing manufacturer like Wear Supply?

Our minimum is 10 pieces per style, per color. Most clothing factories ask for 50 to 300 pieces per style, so small brands can test designs with us without carrying dead stock.

Where is your clothing factory?

Production runs in Pakistan across our facilities in Lahore and Sialkot. You can see the factory live on a WhatsApp or booked video call before you place an order.

How long does production take?

Sampling usually takes 2–3 weeks. Bulk production typically takes 3–5 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity, fabric and decoration.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship export orders to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union and United Arab Emirates, and can quote other destinations on request.

Can you make something that's not on your catalog?

Yes. Send a tech pack, a sketch or a reference garment. We can match it, adjust GSM, fit and color, or improve on it, then send a sample for approval.

Custom clothing

Do I need a tech pack to work with a custom clothing manufacturer?

It helps, but it's not required. We can work from a reference sample, a photo or a sketch and build the spec with you. Our tech pack guide explains what to include if you want to make one.

Can you copy a garment I already own?

We can reproduce the fit, fabric weight and construction of a reference garment, and improve it — for example a heavier fleece or a better rib. We don't copy other brands' logos or protected designs.

How much customization is possible at 10 pieces?

Fit, color, labels, printing and embroidery are all available at our 10-piece minimum. Fully custom-dyed fabric may need a higher fabric quantity; we'll tell you upfront when your quote is prepared.

How long does a custom order take?

Sampling takes about 2–3 weeks. Bulk production typically takes 3–5 weeks after you approve the sample.

Cut and sew

What is cut and sew manufacturing?

Cut and sew means a garment is made from raw fabric: the fabric is cut to a pattern and then sewn together. It's the opposite of buying a ready-made blank and printing on it.

Is cut and sew more expensive than blanks?

Per piece, usually yes, because it includes pattern making and fabric development. But it gives you full control of fit and fabric, which is what separates a brand from a print-on-blank shop.

What's your minimum for cut and sew?

10 pieces per style, per color. Custom-knitted or custom-dyed fabric may need a larger fabric run, which we'll confirm in your quote.

Can you create the pattern for me?

Yes. Our pattern makers can draft from a reference garment, a sketch or measurements, then grade it across your size range.

Small batch

What does MOQ mean in clothing manufacturing?

MOQ means minimum order quantity: the smallest number of pieces a factory will produce in one order, usually counted per style and per color.

Is your 10-piece MOQ per size?

No. It's 10 pieces per style, per color, and you can split those across sizes.

Is the price per piece higher at 10 pieces?

Usually a little, because setup, cutting and print screens are spread over fewer units. Prices drop as quantities rise, and we'll show you the price breaks in your quote.

Can I mix styles to reach a bigger order?

Yes. Each style and color needs 10 pieces, but a single order can contain many styles and colors.

Private label

What is a private label clothing manufacturer?

A private label clothing manufacturer makes garments that are sold under your brand name. You choose from the factory's existing styles, customize them, and the factory adds your branding.

What's the difference between private label and cut and sew?

Private label starts from the factory's existing pattern and fabric; cut and sew starts from your own pattern. Private label is faster and cheaper to develop; cut and sew is more unique.

Can you remove the original labels?

Our garments are made for you, so there are no other brand labels to remove — we sew in yours from the start.

What's the minimum for private label?

10 pieces per style, per color. Custom woven labels can have their own minimums, which we include in your quote.

International brands

Is it better to use a local clothing manufacturer?

Local makes in-person visits easy, but local factories in the US, UK and EU often have high minimums and high labor costs. An overseas manufacturer with transparent communication, video tours and low minimums can be the better fit for a small brand.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes — virtually, any time, via WhatsApp or a booked video call. Ask us about arranging an in-person visit.

How do I get samples if you're not local?

We make your sample in about 2–3 weeks and ship it to your door by express courier for you to check fit and quality before bulk.
