Streetwear techniques we do in-house
- Silhouettes — boxy, oversized, cropped, drop shoulder, stacked and flared pants.
- Heavy fabrics — dense fleece, thick jersey, loopback French terry.
- Washes and dyes — garment dye, acid wash, enzyme wash, sun-faded and vintage effects.
- Prints — plastisol and water-based screen print, puff print, high-density, DTF, all-over sublimation.
- Embroidery — flat, 3D puff, chain-stitch, chenille patches and appliqué.
- Distressing — raw hems, rips, frays and hand-finished damage.
- Branding — woven neck labels, printed tagless labels, custom hang tags and packaging.
Small batches, frequent drops
The drop model only works if your manufacturer can run small batches without punishing you on price or timing. With a minimum of 10 pieces per style, per color, you can:
- Test a colorway with 10–20 units before committing.
- Restock winners quickly from an approved sample.
- Keep stock lean and cash in the business.

Start with blanks, grow into cut and sew
Plenty of labels launch on our heavyweight blanks with custom prints and labels, then move signature pieces into cut and sew once they sell. Both run in the same factory, so your quality stays consistent as you grow.
