When cut and sew makes sense
- Fit and fabric are central to your brand.
- Customers are comparing you with brands on blanks.
- You've proven demand and want higher margins at a higher price point.
- You want details no blank offers — custom panels, pockets, hardware, washes.
The middle path: customized blanks
Because we manufacture our own blanks, you can adjust them — heavier fabric, a boxier fit, a custom color, your own labels — without full pattern development. This private label route gives you much of the uniqueness of cut and sew at a fraction of the effort.
A growth path that works
- Launch on decorated heavyweight blanks.
- Upgrade best-sellers with private-label tweaks: fit, weight, labels.
- Develop one or two cut-and-sew signature pieces.
- Expand the cut-and-sew range as volume grows.
Doing all four stages with one factory keeps colors, sizing and quality consistent as you scale. Read more in how to start a streetwear brand with blanks.
